Mondays 4:00-5:15pm
Thursday 4:00-5:15pm
Saturdays 10:00am-Noon
The Saturday classes are back to back and you are welcome to come for one or both classes.
The Saturday Zoom link is for the whole 2 hours. Dial in and leave when you want.
All classes focus on stress reduction, nervous system rebalancing, fascial hydration, self-massage, mobility and pain reduction.
